BodybyDan provides personal training services including fitness analysis, nutrition counseling, development of fitness and diet plans, and ongoing personal fitness training. Dan White is owner and primary trainer.

He is supported by a limited number of other trainers who work under his direction to ensure consistency of approach and the BodybyDan standard of excellence. Dan White meets with all clients, provides the initial assessment and develops a fitness and nutrition plan. He directly trains the majority of them.
