Dan White’s clients come from all walks of life and have different fitness goals. These are the words from a few reflecting their success, with the help of Dan, in meeting their personal goals.
“I work out with Dan four days a week at 6:00 a.m. (and no, I'm not a morning person). How many trainers do you know that you would look forward to seeing you that early in the morning? Whether he's jamming to the techno we have blasting in the gym, pushing me to do a little exercise we call the "jumps of Satan", or watching my form with those hawk-eyes of his, he is 100% tuned into every part of keeping a body healthy. Dan answers all my fitness questions and has a "sixth" sense when it comes to varying exercises to make sure I am always progressing. I have expressed very specific fitness goals to him and he has been able to adapt my work-outs accordingly. I am amazed with his positivity, intelligence, and ability to empathize with the battle it can be to get to the next level. Life's too short not to have a trainer like Dan, take my word! --Yasmin T. -- Washington, DC

first started training with Dan in April of 2004. I was feeling old, and low on energy. My fitness goals were really simple – I just wanted to be able to walk without pain in my knees. Now, two and a half years later, I'm planning a ski trip! I can climb stairs without any pain. But it's not just my knees that have benefited. My body shape has changed drastically for the better, I'm much stronger, and have a lot more energy. Dan and I have worked together to create a training regimen that works for me, and accomplishes the goals I want to accomplish. He makes me work hard, but he also never fails to put a smile on my face. Thanks, Dan!!

I have worked with a number of trainers over the years and have found Dan to be the most skilled. He has a great intuitive sense of where your body is on any given day, how far to push, and where your body hits exhaustion.. He also is by far the most consistent in helping you hold form throughout the routine. In my opinion, knowing how far to push and holding form are the two most important keys in working with a trainer. I highly recommend Dan White and Body by Dan.

I've been training with Dan for just under a year. I have experienced an increase muscle mass while maintaining my weight and a big increase in energy level. While I don't have 6-pack abs yet, I'm getting closer. Dan's workouts are always different, he adds new exercises or variations every time, which keeps the workouts interesting and increases the effectiveness, too. While Dan inspires, prods, and pushes, he's always extremely attentive to my form and keeps me at the edge of my ability without overdoing it. Dan is extremely fit so he's been through it all himself. Plus, he's a lot of fun.

Dan, it’s encouraging to see a man so focused and sticking to his goals. I can say that you were the finest trainer I’ve ever had and that under your care, I made the most solid progress I have ever made in bodybuilding. (Yes, you can quote me!) The training received from you was a critical foundation to my being able to build further
